Abundant Brotherhood

My journey with event concepts, collaboration, creation and production has been a magical journey ranging from celebratory parties to conscious collectives to embodied masculine containers and the magical spectrum that weaves these varied offerings together. Based on the principle of creating a space and vibe where individuals can immerse themselves in an intentional environment; curated to evoke unique feeling, inspiration and connection.
Over the years I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with, in my opinion, some of the most influential visionaries for community gatherings. Across this country, and ‘once upon a time in Mexico’, I’ve co-created events ranging from the intimacy of a few participants to 444, each with their own unique frequency for the people present. As we launch into a new age of bringing people together in a good way, I commit to evolving through artistry.
At the center or “hub” of my wheelhouse of event production skills, tools, philosophies and practical building applications is this:
Together, we can bridge imagination and reality, to truly bring our collaborative expression of art to fruition. Cultivating conscious community through sharing space and celebrating life together, all is possible when we co-create from a heart centered space.
The rest? details…
Whether it be gathering people for a one time event, a multi day gathering, week long experience or a series of event experiences, I’m here to bring your vision to life.
The only questions is…What will we create together? Let us bring dream to waking.
Event Production Portfolio
While I’ve co-produced hundreds of events including 200 people practicing yoga with lights, lasers and DJ’s; Cacao ceremonies honoring the divine, Mens Work Experiences and documentary screenings, the following snapshot is the most recent, impact driven experiences that have resulted in lasting community shifts
Take a Stand Summer Series
Farm Stand Organic Market and Cafe
Hood River, OR | 2021 & 2022
16 Total Events over two seasons
“Hey Jamie, I understand you have experience with event production, would you be up for building a communal space adjacent to our store in the overgrown lot and create a free summer event series?
- Owner of Farm Stand Organic Market & Cafe in Hood River, OR
The intention was simple: Give back to the community who support local by reciprocating the love and host a free event series for the entire family
So, we built out an event space using 60% upcycled material from Gorge Rebuild It Center and had fun with our approaches to marketing.
The first summer we executed 12 events, featuring 12 local entrepreneurs who were shifting the focus of what nutritious, family operated food and beverage businesses could look like. Accompanied with local musicians, artists, including foods demos and interactive learning.
Season two in the summer of 2022 dialed in the approach to 4 events, featuring a panel of visionary groups, ranging from “The Oregon State University Master Gardeners Association’ to “Change the Way We Waste”, hosting local holders of public office for round table discussion. I would step into a new archetype of interviewer, hosting a live Q & A on stage with our guests fielding in the moment inquiries.
From featuring youth musicians to sampling local kraut to discussing ways of water conservation for neighborhood gardens…we came together, communed with neighbors and embodied the Take a Stand store slogan.
Trinity Connection
Embodied Mens Gathering
Willow Creek, California
December 2021
1 Event
Inspired from gathering with Sacred Sons, the intention was simple: bring embodied men together for three days in a beautiful ‘temple of a home’ on the Trinity River in the heart of Northern California. Draw our focus to presence with one another, open our hearts, nourish our souls and connect with Spirit.
To be in ceremony with men committed to their work is divine. An honor to co-create with my brothers, shout out to Brother Redwood and Ryan Hayes. The rest, is history…take a look at the video by my uber talented brother Rkyer Kay.
CorePower Yoga New Studio
Opening Event Series’
Phoenix, Arizona
2015-2018
100+ Events
As Area Manager of what was then the newest region for CorePower Yoga in 2015, we executed over 100 free community yoga events across the region to bring awareness to yoga, the CPY brand and the new studios we were opening.
Learning from my time immersed in the lululemon athletica community and yoga world of Seattle, I was able to leverage skillsets and concepts used to bridge community and get people rolling out their mats for the first time, while offering seasoned practitioners a fresh perspective on what this practice could be.
In three years, we expanded what the possibilities were for community yoga events. Rooftop yoga, poolside yoga, live DJ yoga, glow flow yoga, mens yoga, yoga in the park, the list goes on.
Even a partnership with AllState Insurance for a “BePresent” campaign to bring awareness to mindful driving habits allowed for epic events in city civic centers around local art instillations.
Regardless of the theme, out intention was simple: get as many people practicing yoga as possible. Which meant combining yoga with otherwise complimentary “non yoga” elements. Truly playing with the principle of yoga, to “yoke”
